One of my intentions for 2023 was to have more deeper conversations with the people that I care about. That intention has manifested into this podcast called The Mindset Quest! My mission is to make your mindset the key to your quest. Join me each week for 10-20 minute episodes on conversations and lessons that I’ve learned that have shifted the way I’ve grown (and continue to grow)! You can find me on any podcast streaming platform, but I will also be posting updates here each week as well!
One of my absolute favorite things (that is completely free!) to do is people watch around the city to see what people are wearing. Everyone’s styles are so unique! One of the many places I traveled to in my world tour was Sicily. Now, I had never been nor knew much about Sicily, but traveling there with some type of Italian speaking ability is a must. So here’s the tea. You know that nervous feeling you get before traveling? Like you are forgetting something or you think something might go wrong? Well, this was it. Actually this was one of a few things that went wrong while in Europe for a month.
Part of planning a world tour in Europe is actually booking how you will get from point A to point B, which I did not fully take into consideration when planning my world tour. Let me take you back to 24 hours before checking out of Paris…...
When we first arrived in Paris, I remember feeling like I was just dropped into a random new place with no clue where anything was. However, I soon became accustom to getting around and managed to hit every spot on my Paris list by the end of the vacation. From the Palace of Versailles to macaroons at Laduree to seeing the Eiffel Tower light up at midnight, this trip was everything and more! Learn more about it in the full article here.
Hey guys! So this post is going to be formatted a little differently than my other ones. Its going to be formatted more as a free write journal and discussion, so feel free to comment below any experiences or thoughts.
I was ready to travel before the world was ready for me to get back to traveling! In January, when flights were still at an all time low, I booked a trip with my boyfriend to Punta Cana. This got me through an entire school semester! But, of course, the experience of traveling post covid was not as easy as I thought. Let me explain….
It’s crazy to believe that travel is just starting to reopen after over a year of the world being shut down. As the world reopens and people start traveling again, there are a few things you need to know before booking those plane tickets, especially when you are leaving the country.
Whether it’s Instagram or Tik Tok, the influencer might not have your best interests at heart when promoting a product. Why wouldn’t they get educated before trying to sell these products to you?
So, we are almost back to normal, which means it’s almost hot girl summer! I plan on taking advantage of this summer to its fullest capacity because it is my last summer before I graduate college (RIP). You may be asking yourself, what do these two things have to do with each other? Well, these concepts go hand in hand. Many people are sharing their workout routines to inspire others on social media. There's an expectation that following others workout routines will give results like theirs. If you are the same body type, then your results might be similar. But, different body types have different exercises that suit them more. Let’s take a deeper look into this.
It’s time to get your halter tops and low rise jeans out because the 2000’s are making a comeback. And no, I’m not joking. Popular brands everywhere are starting to hop on the scandalous Y2K trends that bring us both tears and smiles. So, where do I start you may ask? You are at the right place.
